A map of how the systems work together. Named products are examples to discuss; connections depend on your products, versions and agreed scope. CompetenceFlow also includes its own course booking flow.
01

LMS: connect the booking to the learning

Keep learning content and progress in your LMS. Plan the connection around enrolments, course identifiers and the completion information your operations team needs. Bring the details of your LMS, such as Moodle, Docebo or Totara, to the review.

02

CRM: keep the customer context

Connect company and contact records to bookings and follow-up. Decide which system owns each record and how duplicates or changed contact details should be handled. We can discuss your HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM setup.

03

Accounting: make the handover explicit

Map company details, booking references, invoice lines and payment status. A brand name alone does not define the connection: we check the exact accounting product, country setup and required fields.

04

MCP: work from Claude and other AI tools

CompetenceFlow supports Model Context Protocol for agentic workflows. Read course data, create courses, update participants and send messages from a compatible AI application.

05

Webshop: bring existing orders into the course

Use CompetenceFlow’s own course booking flow or scope a connection to your existing webshop. For an external shop, agree how orders identify the course, reserve places and pass participant or buyer details.

06

Know what the connection includes

Before implementation, agree the supported actions, sync direction, timing and exception handling. Named products are examples to discuss; availability and scope depend on your setup.

  • Identify the source record for each data field.
  • Test a normal booking and a cancellation.
  • Agree who deals with failed or incomplete transfers.

Questions from training providers

Are all connections included in every plan?

No. The required connections and any custom work are scoped in your proposal. Tell us which products and versions you use so we can confirm the implementation and price.

Is there public MCP documentation?

Not yet. Contact our team for connection details and setup guidance. We can demonstrate reading course data, creating courses, updating participants and sending messages.
