Pricing questions

Do you charge per booking or participant?

The plans use annual pricing with unlimited participants and bookings. Your quote defines the package, integrations and any additional work. Ask us to separate software, implementation and third-party service costs.

What determines the final price within a range?

The workflows, integrations, add-ons and support requirements in your agreed scope. We review those with you before preparing a quote.

How is implementation priced?

Data migration, integration setup and rollout requirements are scoped with your team. The proposal should make implementation costs and responsibilities clear alongside the annual software price.

Can we include Claude and MCP workflows?

Yes. CompetenceFlow supports MCP for reading course data, creating courses, updating participants and sending messages. Include your AI tools and intended workflows in the scoping conversation so we can confirm the setup and commercial terms.

Can we keep our LMS and accounting system?

Yes. We review the exact products and versions you use, then confirm the connections and any custom work in your proposal.
