SafetyTraining Nordic delivers GWO and safety certification courses across three locations in Sweden. With 45 staff and over 400 sessions per year, their operations team was stretched thin.

Each location managed its own scheduling in spreadsheets. Course completions were entered into Moodle manually. Invoicing ran through Visma — but data had to be copied across systems by hand. Renewals were tracked in a shared Google Sheet that no one fully trusted.
The result: double data entry, billing delays, and an estimated 15% of renewal opportunities missed each year.
The solution
CompetenceFlow unified their scheduling, certification tracking, and Visma integration into a single system. Course completions now flow automatically from the classroom to the certificate register to the finance system.
Renewal tracking became automatic. When a certificate approaches its expiry window, the system notifies both the certificate holder and the sales team.
